Great prompt and courteous service!

Fast drop-in service after my tire pressure light came on and my spare was dead. The replacement wiper blades don’t fit my vehicle and make a loud flopping sound when they change direction.

I was greeted in the parking area by Chris - who took my keys and started by serrvice! This store is clean and courteous. The texts to provide updates of where my car was in the service process were helpful - and the quoted time for service was accurate! This will be my choice for tires and service in the future.

Incorrect installation required a return visit. The second visit not well managed. Overall poor experience

I truly beleived in the ability and knowledge of discount tire until I had a set of wheels checked and confirmed to be straight and true by this team. I paid a lot of money in refinishing a set of wheels and paid for mounting and balancing just to be told I have two bent rims. Extremely disappointed. I'll never trust these "experts" again.

Went in to replace my aged out spare tire. The staff enlightened me about the lug nuts on my car being “Swollen”. They offered to replace them at a very reasonable price. I confirmed the issue with the cars lug wrench that nearly half of the lug nuts wouldn’t fit. The ones they sold me are solid steel and cannot swell like the factory ones. I really appreciate the staff pointing the issue out because if I had a flat I would have struggled to change out the tire without beating on the lug wrench with a big hammer. Great call by the staff at Discount Tire!
